Refund policy

Unused items in saleable condition, purchased from our web store, may be returned within 30 days of purchase in accordance with this Return Policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at monty@mr-belts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

On receipt of your accepted return, we will refund the original purchase amount. Return shipping is not included.

If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please us and we will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged or defective items.

If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to Mr. Belts by the carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded, and only upon written request of the person who paid for an order.

Order cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy.
